Yes. We do offer returns and refunds on all body creams, body lotions, body wash, facial care, and lip balms within 30 days if you are not satisfied. However, if the product is more than half way used we can not offer a refund. The customer will be in charge of the return shipping fee.

Yes. Since products are natural and handmade. We try not to use harmful chemicals. Please use the product within 6-12 months.

No. Anoki will stay with our 3 main colors: Kimi, Doli, and Nayeli. The reason for this is Anoki believes in enhancing your natural features. We have yet to see a person with natural green lips!
